Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly work to resolve the situation.
Damaged / Defective Merchandise / Errors in Shipment:
- Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us and we will ship a replacement. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will file any necessary damage claims with the shipper. We may need additional information from you, the customer, in order to facilitate the claim.
- If the item is returned to us without prior contact, we will not be able to credit you for return freight and restocking fees may apply.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization Number:
Please email us at email@example.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. A reason for the return must be stated in the body of the email. You can also contact Prime Products at 1-877-745-3501 in order to obtain an RMA. Phone lines are active between 9am and 4:00pm central standard time, Monday through Friday.
All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the shipper. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
- Returns of used products are not accepted.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Prime Products strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and the customer will be notified promptly. Prime Products is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to Prime Products even if they were originally shipped from the warehouse, unless otherwise told by Prime Products . Shipping back to warehouse may cause additional re-stocking fee to increase.

Unless otherwise stated, Prime Products warrants for a period of one year from purchase date that goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service for which they were designed. Prime Products sole obligation under this warranty is limited to one of the following as selected by Prime Products : Delivering to the purchaser a replacement for any product or part, or repair of any product or part, or refunding the purchase price paid for such product or part. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or misuse.
Prime Products makes no warranty whether express or arising by operation of law, course of dealing, usage of trade, or otherwise implied, shall exist in connection with Prime Products or any sale or use thereof. Prime Products shall not be liable for any costs (including costs of removal and replacement), liabilities, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or any other general, special, incidental, or consequential damages incurred in connection with the purchase.

No personal information is collected to be shared or sold to a 3rd parties. Any contact from us is strictly in regard to a product purchase or shipping, as well as the answering of questions sent to us by you. Cookies are enabled to help our customers keep track of pages they have been on before, their shopping cart contents, etc.
Visitors to our site may sign-up for Prime Products newsletter emails that will announce special product OR product line discounts, as well as new products. Newsletter emails will be sent out intermittently throughout the year. It is NOT our intention to send such emails on a weekly basis.
